How does ebaby chat works?

How does ebaby chat works? I try to connect on it but It continues to show “connecting…” and nothing happens… Maybe I need of “added frends”? I’m a new member and up to now I don’ t have frends here…(I hope to find them soon!)…or is there other problem? Maybe…could be the firewall that seal off the coonection…I don’ t know… Anyone can help me? Anyway… is the chat interesting? Thanks to ewrybody!(Please correct me if I wrote many mistakes!)
