How about the sense of “foundationality” ? which can’t be founded in a regular dictionary. But it still could be found in some book. Can you explain its meaning ?

Hi! That isn’t a word I have heard before, and I can’t find it in the dictionary either. “Foundation” means base or basis, so I would guess that by “foundationality” one would mean something similar to that.
