Please correct the following sentences:


1) Sandra has been reading novels and dramas for the past few years / for the past a few years.


2) One of the books that have been / has been bought from the Bookfair, has been stolen


3) I or they are/am rich.


4) Not until the end of the 19th century plant breeding have/had become a scientific disipline.

1) Sandra has been reading novels and dramas for the past few years.


2) One of the books that has been (or even better, was) bought from the Bookfair has been stolen.


3) This sentence is very awkward and not something you would hear someone say in English. It would be best to say I am rich, or they are rich.


4) Not until the end of the 19th century had plant breeding become a scientific discipline.
