Allison: Hey. What’s this music?
Steph: Oh, it’s the new Cyndi Lauper CD. It’s really good, huh?
Allison: It’s great. I didn’t know she was still putting out music.
Steph: Yeah, she is. Um, well I think this is the newest one. It’s called Shine. It’s so good.
Allison: Wow. She’s been great for about 30 years. I’m not sure.
Steph: Yeah. She’s just recently got more independent with her music. So, before, she was more controlled by, like, her husband, who was her manager. And now she’s more independent.
Allison: That’s great. She’s so much fun to listen to and to watch.
Steph: I know. I love her clothes! They’re so cool.
Allison: I wanna be just like Cyndi Lauper.
Steph: Me, too.
