When you’re making a strategy for anything, the way you’d like things to go is plan A. But sometimes, plan A doesn’t work out, and that’s where plan B comes in. Plan B is the next best option when what you really wanted is impossible.

For instance, the leader of a group of bank robbers might say this to his buddies: “Okay, so plan A is walk in there, tell them we have guns and ask for the money. If that doesn’t work, plan B is to tell them Paris Hilton is outside and when everyone runs out of the bank, we take the money, got it?”

See, obviously the plan with the guns is more likely to work. That’s why it’s plan A. But hey, it can’t hurt to have a plan B. Unless you’re 50 Cent. Then you don’t believe in plan B. 50 was shot nine times and pushed ahead with his music career. He made fun of other artists he thought were fake (like P. Diddy and DMX), but that’s who he is and the way he saw it, there was no other option for him than to just be himself.
