Last weekend, I had to cancel a date with a girlfriend because something popped up at the last minute. I felt terrible.
We had been planning on getting together for a long time and I felt so guilty to have to cancel. The thing that popped up is that my car had some problems.
Because of my car problems that popped up, I had to bring my car to the shop. My friend understood and wasn’t angry. She knew the problem had just popped up.
We plan on meeting this Friday. Hopefully, nothing pops up in the meantime!
