Go Super to Listen Go Super!

Many of us worry about losing our jobs. But it’s surprising to hear about a movie star having similar fears. Jessica Chastain has been in many Hollywood movies. She appeared in The Help and even got to work with Brad Pitt in the film Tree of Life. But her excellent resume doesn’t stop her from worrying about getting fired. Even celebrities have insecurities about their jobs.

The expression get fired has been around for a long time. Some say that it was first used in tribal societies. When a tribe wanted to make someone leave but didn’t want to kill them, they would burn their house down, or “fire” them. Today, getting fired is still bad, but at least you just lose your job, not your whole house!

There are a few different ways to say that someone lost their job. The politest way is to say that they were let go. Get fired is a bit stronger and more negative. If someone gets fired, it might mean that they made a mistake at work or did a poor job.

Do you ever worry about getting fired from your job? What are some reasons a person should get fired?

In fact there are many reasons that companies fire employees :

Some of them :

Talking too much and conducting personal business at work.
Refusing to follow directions and orders.
- Lying on the job
- Dishonesty, evasion, or lack of integrity on the job.
- High absenteeism rate.
- Performing tasks slowly, with numerous errors.

Makes sense, Ramon! Starting your own business is a great choice towards prosperity. Plus, you’re free from worries of mucking around looking for a job. You’re a boss! But, there’re other worries on the way as creating networks, monitoring smart management, working on weekends… It’s a real pain for small companies when the days go by without a good return. Risky, but very rewarding in terms of that it’s kind of your creation and if it’s successful, there’s something to be proud about.

I was born in December and as horoscopy said truthfully those who were born in December do their best in their job although my paycheck is a disgrace to paychecks I am the first who comes to work and the last who leaves the work despite this I am worry getting fired or better to say being dismissed on the pretext of being overstaffed but the real reason in my job that worries me is those mean persons who wants to cut the ground from under me with no clear reason.I am really afraid of some secretaries those who make unfounded accusation maybe just because I don’t like to get involved in their cheesy and gossipy type talk,I don’t know

I have a sheet in which I had written all instructions and tips on how anyone can cover for me when I’m off. So when I’m soaking up some rays I don’t want to be disturbed. I always tell them “check the cheat sheet first before calling my phone, unless you want to know how the pina colada tastes” : )

being fairly competent at what you do is very essential. i have a friend of mine whenever she goes on vacation her phone doesn´t stop from ringing..if some of her workmates needs something he doesn´t´t bother to strain himself for a bit ,and just call her out as you said because of a zit on his face..i think they all deserve to get fired hehehehe

unless it’s family-owned business, I never see relatives work in the same department  let alone oversee each other.

Manal we are a nice group, we get things done, we’re very efficient. We only had one person being fired, he wasn’t reliable, he called out because he a zit on his face :)

as i don´t have a job (unemployed) i can´t get fired , i think  it´s frustrating to get fired from  a job that you deeply need and get used to …the person can´t get fired unless there is serious issues, other than that it´s an unfair dissmissal ,seemingly it all depends on the boss himself/herself if he/she is fair enough or not, and how seriously the person is committed to his duties and responsabilities.

if i am a boss i will always give a second chance to my employees.
