Go Super to Listen Go Super!

Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming. We might be busy at work. We might be busy taking care of kids. We might have a lot of work for school. Sometimes, it may feel like we’re swimming in an ocean by ourselves. There is more and more stress. Then, it becomes difficult for us to breathe easily. If you are feeling like this now, remember: It is important to find time to breathe.

Alex Trimble is the lead singer of the Irish band, Two Door Cinema Club. The band made lots of music for six years and never took a break. They never stopped touring and making music in this time. Alex Trimble said that this time was very hard. All of the band members wanted a break but were scared to stop. But Alex Trimble got so stressed that he had to go to the hospital. After that, they all decided to take time to breathe. They went on a break and are much happier now.

When do you give yourself time to breathe? Do you think it is important?

Life always have hardships, difficulties, problems,up and down, bad moods, waved relations…its another reality of life.and we need to face with them peacefully.

therefore sometimes and often we need time to breathe..for understanding whats wrong ,for thinking whats absent .

at first we have to judge ourselves, our mistakes what we did wrong or what we didnt do good ..before judging others ..

to take a breath means is not to stop for a long time,it is to start again with new ideas, with new approachings, with new views,

it looks like a fresh air smell on the soil, flowers after rains.
