Insomnia aw !!!!!

I always late to went the office. i dont know why. sleep was something like a new hobbie. I cant sleep well. they call insomnia. since last months, I really dont know how to get sleep well. I work started at 9am but i still woke up at 4am. Insomnia make me cant to manage my time.
