The Immersion Of Art Through Immersion Of Idols.

Durga Puja is one of the famous puja In India.Devi Durga is worshiped here. She is known as goddess of power (sakti). People bring the idols to worship. But it is not so easy to make that idol. Specialized people can only make them as during making these idols some technical ways have to be followed. Bamboo sticks are used to make the structure, then it is given a shape by straw, jute things and clay. Then artists starts painting its eyes and other parts of body. And it takes 3 to 4 month to complete.

But if we see deeply we can see that at the time of immersion of these idols the immersion of art of making these idols and the hard labour that people gave continuously for 3 - 4 months also happens.
