Today, there are so many people play glof,it's really a kind of healthy sport,but it's too expensive.this year our shool open the class to learn about golf. I think is quite interesting. so i join in and untill now,it takes a lot of money ,i feel tired everyday and actually we just learn to be a caddie,not the golfer.but after a few years , i want to be a coach. Golf is a competitive sport, and a very popular recreational activity played by people of a wide range of age and ability. Unlike many other activities, golf retains its players throughout their lifetime. Golfers in their eighties claim that the game helps them to keep physically and mentally fit. Golf strengthens the back and shoulders, and helps to maintain spine rotation, necessary for a healthy back.
