Sometimes, just like a piano, brain also need a tune for refreshing all it systems.    And rest, is the perfect answer for tuning your brain, and make you feel new again.     Everyday, besides sleep, you need a time for escape your busy lifestyle, and go to your own world, even it only for a moment.    You can do rest anywhere, anytime.  What should you have at rest are, release all your stress, and be relax. 

Rest is something that we want and wait for.  But, what if a busy lifestyle block our rest ? Well, you can’t let it that.   Even you have a little free time, you still can do a quick and useful rest.   Here are some easy ways to rest, while you bounded with a  tight schedule.  Have a nice rest !

Freetime : 10 minutes

Stretch out your both hands and your leg.   Twist around your head, and try to lay down your body at comfy chair.     Listening classic music while you study or work can also help you to stay calm and relax.

Freetime : 25 minutes

If you have a freetime around 25-30 minutes, let’s having a little rehearsal.   2 things that you can do, lay down at sofa or on your desk, close your eyes slowly, but don’t try to sleep.  Turn on your favorite music, and than you will get some little freshness. 

Freetime : 1-2 hour

Try to not having nap during noon.  It will effect for ruin your bed time.   So, it’s very suggested for you to sleep early , for getting maximum of energy for start your new day.   Because your freetime is quite long, you can have some quick massage at spa, or maybe go to the cafe for having your coffee, while you can hear a live jazz music.  What a cool atmosphere !
