Why do I not sleep tonight?... I remember something...

What do you remember that doesn't let you sleep or you don't have such a thing? ( I can't say that this is a problem)...

Teachers, I need your help...

As you know, now I work as a teacher again.

My job is here

Now I have got four groups of students. Two of them are teenagers (12-13 yrs old and 15-16 yrs old), the rest two are adults.

So, my teens are fond of playing different games at lessons (in English).

And we often play in "Hangman" and some other games.

Can you recommend me what else games I can play with them? Or some websites where they are.

Here comes the winter again!

Wow!! Here it comes again!! Most of people think that in Russia is cold and snow everywhere, but in my region is usually warm weather, though in winters we have strong winds sometimes, rain, but snow is a rare thing here...

And now my town is full of snow and -14'C , br-r-r... so cold, but that white beauty all around...

Sometimes we have here such a phenomenon that is called "smerch" . It's better to run away from the coast...Some years ago I had a chance to take this photo, then the storm began and I had to run fast from there...

Why do I remember that.... Just found the pic in my album and decided to show it to you...

Tales

We told our tales as we sat under morning's sleepy sky.
With all the colors of the sunrise shining in our eyes.
One then another with a story of yesterday's lies.
Or of a lover who had gone in a moment of strife.

No thought of sleep ever dwells upon the wise man's mind.
Some task or audience stealing every moment of his time.
Thus we have learned to live while mortal men stand waiting to die.
How can we do what must be done in just one short life.

And if you ask then you must know. If you still doubt you should be told.

First snow

Here comes the snow... for the first time in this season.

Only few days ago the weather was warm, then it was raining, then the wind came here and this morning my son looking out the window asked me : Mom, why there is such a whiteness all around? Is it the snow?

He saw snow last winter, but he forgot how it was beautiful...
