HAW TO BUILD UR SELF CONFIDENT

haw to build ur self confident?

You want to be confident and feel confident, but what if you're starting with little or no confidence? How do you get from Point A to Point B? True self-confidence isn't an overnight acquisition. It takes dedication to realize you are a good human being that is worthy of respect and you have to believe in yourself.

Recognize your insecurities. What does that voice in the back of your mind say? What makes you ashamed of yourself? This could be anything from acne, to regrets, your weight, or friends at school. Whatever is making you feel unworthy, ashamed, or inferior, identify it, give it a name, and write it down.

Don't view yourself as inferior to others. Don't walk around with the subconscious mindset that others are better or more qualified than you, whether it's related to work, school, or just socializing. To a certain degree, it's good to walk around with a feeling of superiority. However, don't take this too far, or you'll come across as a jerk.

Talk about it with friends and loved ones. Wear it on your sleeve. Each day you should chip away at it; wear it down. There's no quick fix. Get to the root of the problem; focus on it and understand that you need to resolve each issue before you can move on.

Remember that no one is perfect. Even the most confident people have insecurities. At some point in any of our lives, we may feel we lack something. That is reality. Learn that life is full of bumps down the road.

Identify your successes. Everyone is good at something, so discover the things at which you excel, then focus on your talents. Give yourself permission to take pride in them. Give yourself credit for your successes. Inferiority is a state of mind in which you've declared yourself a victim. Do not allow yourself to be victimized. Express yourself, whether it's through art, music, writing, etc. Find something you enjoy. Everyone is born with talents and strengths. You can develop and excel in yours. If it's difficult to name two or three things you have some ability in or just plain love to do, think about things others do that you would like to do too and take some lessons or join an enthusiasts club. When you're following your passion, not only will it have a therapeutic effect, but you'll feel unique and accomplished, all of which can help build your self confidence. Plus, adding a variety of interests to your life will not only make you more confident, but it will increase your chances of meeting compatible friends!

Be thankful for what you have. A lot of the times, at the root of insecurity and lack of confidence is a feeling of not having enough of something, whether it's emotional validation, good luck, money, etc. By acknowledging and appreciating what you do have, you can combat the feeling of being incomplete and unsatisfied. Finding that inner peace will do wonders for your confidence.

Be Positive, even if you don't feel positive. Avoid self-pity, or the pity and sympathy of others. Never allow others to make you feel inferior--they can only do so if you let them. If you continue to loathe and belittle yourself, others are going to do and believe likewise. Instead, speak positively about yourself, about your future, and about your progress. Do not be afraid to project your strengths and qualities to others. By doing so, you reinforce those ideas in your mind and encourage your growth in a positive direction.

Accept compliments gracefully. Don't roll your eyes and say, "Yeah, right," or shrug it off. Take it to heart and respond positively ("Thank you" and a smile works well).

Look in the mirror and smile. Studies surrounding what's called the "facial feedback theory" suggest that the expressions on your face can actually encourage your brain to register certain emotions. So by looking in the mirror and smiling every day, you might feel happier with yourself and more confident in the long run. It also helps to talk to yourself in the mirror. It helps your speaking skills.

Fake it. Along the same lines of smiling to make yourself feel happy, acting confident might actually make you believe it. Pretend you're a completely confident version of you; go through the motions and see how you feel

Stick to your principles. It might be tough, but if you don't have something you can believe in, you don't have anything. If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything. No matter what's happened in your life, you can always lay claim to the fact that from this day forward, you've followed your principles to the best of your ability.

Help others. When you know you're kind to the people around you, and are making a positive difference in other people's lives (even if it's just being kinder to the person who serves you coffee in the morning), you'll know that you are a positive force in the world--which will boost your self confidence. Govolunteer twice a month at an elementary school. Bake something for your neighbor for no reason. Confidence that you have earned is the most long-lasting.

Don't Care What Other People Think You shouldn't care about what other people will think or are going to think because what's important is that you are fine with yourself and if you're fine with yourself, others will be fine with you!

Remember If someone insults you and puts you down, just remember, that they are not perfect either.

Look at yourself in the mirror and list all of the positive qualities that you have. Doing this every day can help to build a better self-view of yourself.

Work hard- Keep on doing your work honestly. Have a target in your life.Focus on it. Do anything to reach that target and see how that inner feeling of confidence comes to you.

HOW TO GET THINGS OFF UR MIND

HOW TO GET THINGS OFF UR MIND

How to get things off your mind
List in order the things that are priority in life, whether it be general or
personal.
For example, someone's list might be

1.family
2.career
3.relationship
4.knowledge
5.making a difference in the world
6.travel
Etc etc

Then look at the top of your list and think about the various aspects that
are positive and negative and areas which can be improved.
For example, family- maybe I could help them more, I work in the restaurant
to help parents a lot, I go round to fix their stuff would be positive. I
don’t really spend quality time with them, don’t go out to eat together or
talk about things.
So then you would arrange something to fix it, maybe get the whole family
our for a meal and do the organizing.

Then you process the list and set yourselves targets, some targets are long
term, such as career, maybe get 2 years in a professional job behind you,
maybe even look for a career change. You need to set yourselves some
targets, here is an example of what ones list may look like.

1. fix CV and search for job
2. see my grandma next week
3. save at least £200 a month into a savings account
4. go to the cinema at least once a month for some fun activity
5. Read a book about human psychology
6. help out in charity shop every Sunday
7. save up £100 a month for Canada trip
8. go speed dating
9. go gym once a week
10. eat healthy 5 days out of 7
11. quit smoking
12. monitor bills more carefully
13. only spent £200 on luxuries when you have saved £200 for savings

Then you concentrate on hitting these targets and you tick them off once you
have completed them. Its amazing how each target evolves over time and the
list changes as you add to it and rewrite it.

A new list maybe

1. Aim to become partner in my company
2. arrange family reunion
3. transfer £5000 into high interest account
4. Plan round the world trip
5. attend conference in LA
6. help open new charity shop

Etc etc

This method will help in focusing your life and organizing it. Most people
get stuck in routine and find themselves lost or depressed as they feel no
direction. The key to this is to analyze life to help make tomorrow and the
future better. You will have a more fulfilling life when you set realistic
targets and climb one by one. The first list will never be amazing and in
fact probably not that interesting, but over time it will evolve to be
something amazing and you can see how far you have come. Time spent on it could be used in progressing in life.
The most important thing is to be conscious of what you prioritize, don’t
forget to prioritize the fun things in life. If you love films, organize a
film outing, if you love to paint, paint some pictures. In life you have the
freedom of choice, don’t sit around and let it go to waste.

HIGH Esteem of Women in Islam

HIGH Esteem of Women in Islam

High Esteem of Women in Islam

see also: The status of women prior to Islam Heavenly Rights of Women Rights of Parents Women have a very important place in Islamic Society.

Unlike a number of other religions, Islam holds a woman in high esteem. Her importance as a mother and a wife has been clearly stated by the Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam. The Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam is reported to have said, "Paradise lies at the feet of your mothers." Once a person asked the Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam, "Who deserves the best care from me?" Our Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam replied, "Your mother." This, He repeated three times, "Then your father and your nearest relative." In His farewell speech at Arafah in the tenth year of Hijrah, the Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said, " O people, your wives have certain rights over you and you have certain rights over them. Treat them well and be kind to them, for they are your partners and committed helpers." The Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam also said, " The best among you is the one who is best towards his wife." These sayings clearly prove the important position given to women in Islam. But there are still people, who have misgivings about the status of women in Islam. To these people, the Muslim woman is seen almost as a prisoner, and as someone who has no right and is always living under the domination of man. These notions are totally wrong, and are based on ignorance rather than knowledge of Islam. One of the rites of Haj is a fast walk between Safa and Marwah, which is observed to remember the event of Hazrat Hajra, the mother of Hazrat Ismail Alayhis Salam, who ran between these two hills to find water. This is another proof of the importance given to women in Islam. This position is further supported by press reports that 10 000 German, single professional women have embraced Islam in the past few years because they found their rights were sanctified in Islam. May Almighty Allah give us all the right understanding, AMEEN
