Yeah... I own up to being one.
I always think about my purchase-to-be for a long time and I visit many shops before I find the most reasonable price I can pay for the product I want. It takes me a lot of time but I really enjoy it. I love window shopping and looking round various shops mainly clothes shops and perfumeries.
I never waste my money. I put them aside and spend only on really necessary things.
However, I am a kind of person who have to buy a thing he or she likes really so much. Otherwise I would go crazy and can't stop thinking about it. But I always keep common sense while going shopping :)
