How to start in English?

To learning English, the biggest enemy is myself. I hope, I can make some foreign friends to improve my poor English here.Embarassed

How to start is very difficult.Cry I am not sure whether other people understand that I write in English.

Thanks for your comment. I am a new member joined.

Make friends on the internet, but I feel both hope and fear hurt. I want make friend with foreign friend, but I don't know how to start. The other hand, because I know that my english was not good, this problem even more difficult to move me.

I know I need more practice, but the first step is always made me feel very heavy footsteps. Also, the way of English learning has always feel very lonely, always can not be sustained.
