Be Polite

There was a meeting in the afternoon. We were going to decide the new work and divide them to everyone.

One of my colleague racing her hand and critisized the boss' project. I agreed her opinion, but the problem is her attitude.  Shouldn't she be more polite when talking to elders? She is so arrogant since gaining the higher diploma.  That is what I feel.
