For some reason I couldn't sleep last night. I took a sleeping pill to help me sleep and now it's only 3 hours later and I just woke up. The only problem is that I'm super tired and I don't even know what I'm writing right now. I think I've got a lot on my mind but I'm not even really sure what that is. After I finish this I'm going to "try" to fall asleep again. I need to start falling asleep at normal times but it's hard for me. I'm a bit of a night hawk for some stupid reason. I kind of hate it, but I've been like this my whole life and now I can't seem to change it. I want to start waking up early feeling good but I don't know how to do it. Any ideas? I think nowdays people have too much pressure.So it is important for us to develop good habits and do more exercise.You dont have to go to gym everyday,just take a short walk before you go to work or after dinner.Besides,you can listen some light music before sleeping.I wish you the best of health.

I think that your mind is occupied in problems, things. I´m sorry my English isn´t good. I´m learning. My language is Spanish. There are many words  I don´t know the meaning.
