Traveling to HK has been my dream for two years. The dream came true on Tomb Sweeping Day for this year. But the time was too short on that day .I felt that I was very tired, however I still was very happy.
I got up at a quarter past six. I had breakfast then I walked to the bus station. The bus left at seven. I got to the railway station in Shenzhen at half past eight, and then I jumped the queue for two visas for HK. I took a subway to shangshui to the station in HK. Then I took a bus to the stuntmen of square and met my HK colleague. I saw many trees and hills beside the road.
She took me to buy some cosmetics and some medicine. I felt that the cosmetic store layout was very nice and the waiters are very kind when I got there. There were all kinds of cosmetics. I chose some cosmetics for summer and bought two bottles of PAN-AMZN G(injection)for my father. I felt these things were cheaper than in china. It took me two hours. We brought these things to my HK office after we had lunch.
There were only two women in our HK office. There was a drawing room, a simple room, a kitchen and two small office rooms. We visited the whole office for awhile and took a few photos for memories. Then we visited the golden coast of Hong Kong. It took us twenty minutes to get there. The traffic was very convenient and it is close to the sea. There are many more green trees, more pretty buildings and more flowers.We may breathe the fresh air and it is good for our health. Also it is a good place for relaxing. I felt it looks a bit foreign and I saw some of the foreigners. I would like to live in this environment, perhaps, because the scenery was very nice. It attracts many more people to visit.
I felt that the lifestyle is very great in HK. It has many holidays and festivals.
They might be late for work if they had private affairs and the company would not pay their wages. The people are very conscious of environmental protection. Social public order and equipment were very great and the people seemed to be of good character and were very nice and so on.
There were many pretty scenes yet to see and I want another opportunity to travel to HK. I will travel to hk again but this time I won't go shopping.I feel that HK and the china are two different parts ofthe world.

There are four seasons in a year : spring, summer, autumn and winter. I like autumn better than the others, because the autumn is neither hot nor cold.
In spring, it often rains and still has a bit of cold. I don't like the spring, especially when it is rainy. The ground is very wet and dirty. This does not make things convenient for going out. Also the sky and the office get very dark. When we work in this environment, it makes us very sleepy. But the vegetable growers earn a lot of money, Because there are few vegetables in the market and they are quite expensive.
In summer, it is very hot .But sometimes it is rainy, mixed with loud thunder and lightning. I am afraid of the thunder and lightning .However, it is very hot, but the people still like to go shopping.
Because the marketplaces have many beautiful clothes and skirts, the girls may dress up by themselves.
In autumn, it is the harvest season .It is neither hot nor cold. It is a fine climate for the farmers, because the farmers are busy with harvest. We taste all kinds of fruit at that time. Also I think some of people will choose to travel or climb the mountains. I like to travel to the beach in autumn. The sea is surrounded hills and the scenery is very nice.
I traveled to the beach with my colleagues last year. I saw a few foreigners playing volleyball on the beach when we got there. They were very happy. We walked on the soft sand beach and the sea breeze blew on my face. I felt that it is very comfortable. After we walked about half an hour, we went to swim. This was the first swimming for me, and I was very afraid, especially because the waves were very strong. I could only swim in the shallow sea. That was the happiest time of my life and it made a nice memory.
Although the leaves drop in autumn, I feel that the scenery still looks very nice.
In winter, it is very cold and dry. Some of places often get snow, but I have never seen it. I hope I have an opportunity to see snow.

| I want to take English as my major but the classes are too far from where I work. I selected accounting as my major instead .However; I won’t give up on my dream of learning English. There are forty-seven students in our class. Some of the students are girls, only two are boys. We have four courses such as college English, college Chinese, Computer and Basic law for this term. We have begun to have classes last week and the adult school decided the course of schedule. We have classes on Tuesday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday every week. We were very happy when we heard the news. My Chinese teacher is a woman. She is very talented. I think we can learn some knowledge from her. She taught ancient prose. It was very wonderful. The ancient prose described heroes and taught us how to behave in our life. Chinese is very important for our lives and our job. Because we communicate in Chinese with people every day. I can help you understand about chinese culture if my foreign friends are interested in learning about China and its culture . Our English teacher is a man .He is not tall, but he can speak easy and smooth English, I am very envious of him. He spoken English quickly during the classes, his pronunciation and intonation sounded like a foreigner. Therefore, we could not catch all that he was saying. Because we are not used to hear ing English pronunciation. His thoughts practiced mainly our listening, speaking, writing and translation. Therefore, he did not speak very much Chinese during the classes. I felt this was a good idea. We had to learn in an English environment and he could help us by correcting errors in pronunciations then improving our speaking and listening. However, dependent classes were not enough .we had to do more practice after class. I will have two years to learn English. Therefore, I have to treasure this opportunity to try my best to learn English. Basic law teaches us get to know law, obey law and do not violate the law. I hope we will have a nice memory within those two years in adult university and we will make many friends. |
