  1. First take a deep breath. Breathe in for four seconds, breath out for four seconds.
  2. Make sure you are OK when you talk again. Breathing will help you get over that terrible "lump in your throat" feeling.
  3. Don't cry or say dumb insults' like 'your breath stinks' or 'What you say is what you are!' as it's immature.
  4. Don't come back with a big 'about to cry' face, it makes them laugh at you. Plus, it isn't solving anything. It makes you sad, also.
  5. Laugh! Laugh at yourself. It will make the person feel weird. It also shows them that you couldn't care less!
  6. Sometimes, you just have to take a bow. If all else fails, say "Yes, thank you! Thank you very much!" And take a nice, long bow. (When you come up, give 'em an odd look)

Tips

  • Get some good comebacks... just in case. Here are several examples below:
  • "Ooh, someone must have gotten up on the wrong side of the cage this morning."
  • If someone calls you fat, say "Well, at least I can lose weight, you won't lose that hideous thing coming out of your neck...wait, that's your face!"
  • "I would ask how old you were, but you can't count that high."

Warnings

  • Don't be overly mean, it may cause a fight. Know the line between sassy and snobby.
