Many people in the west do not like spicy food. They like half cooked meat or fish with a little bit of salt and pepper and more of cheese. They eat raw vegetables aplenty. The true taste of spicy food is unknown to them.

In eastern countries the story is different.By and large the majority have a craze for spicy food. Chillies, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and many many other things add colour and special taste.Once accustomed to such things, you can never do without them.Taste is essentially what we familiarise and what has become favourite for the tongue.Think about an Indian fish fry or mutton masala.Preparations are innumerable and only expert cooks can do those cousines. In the US there are many eastern restaurants where most of the customers are the US citizens. Many Ameican homes go for oriental cooking.Chinese recipies have spread all over the world. The very thought of Indian meat and fish preparations are mouth watering .If you want to eat dog meat, go into a Philippino eatery and if you feel like having a snake soup, get into a korean restaurant. In case you have a craze for spicy foodies don't forget to say that in advance. Some African eating houses offer termite or ants  fried in cheese and sprinkled with pepper and salt.

I would like to hear people ready to share. experiences with me.

With love and regards,

Manibal
