Philippines

February 28, 2008

Why do politicians keep on fighting? Why don’t they do their jobs? Their responsibilities as one of the rulers of the country? Now, most of the filipino people want to change the president, and again they want the president to resign. And the humors, another people power will happen. Filipino’s are to jaded about that edsa revolution/ people power. They are already stressed and tired of that movement. The religious organizations and some anti-government will be having their what they call inter-faith rally today. Why don’t the religious oraganizations just pray for the good of the country, I mean, there’s no impossible to God. They should not be involved with this kind of politics problem. If there will be a new president of the Philippines, is there any assurance that it will be for the better? Its like what happened before. Ex-president Joseph Ejercito Estrada was impeached and then resigned as the president because of corruption, and then the present president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo took over the place. Now, look what happened, it became worse. I hope if the president will be replaced the one who will take over will be good and not corrupt, even it’s impossible. I hope it will be for the better and not for worse.
