1. Write ur weight goal.
2. Weigh urself everyday.
3. Reduce the action of calories u eat, Increase ur leverls of activities.
4. 20-30 minutes to EXERCISE EVERY DAY.
5. Don't just count grams, COUNT CALORIES percentage total that they are fat or sugar.
6. Chewing gum (sugar free) when u need food is better than have some snack.
7. A yoghurt and fresh fruit smoothie has 0% fat and lots of fibre.
8. WATER is ur best friend : No calories good for dieter. and drink water 6-8 glasses every day for ur healthy skin.
