  1) "In it" :  is a British slang that means to agree with sth that a person is saying.

                  example: 'That movie is so dramatic' said John. 'In it', replied Sara

  2) "Red" : mean, spiteful, cruel.

                 example: " she took off with your boyfriend? That was red "

  3) "ants in your pants" : to be nervous or anxious; to be unable to sit still.

                 example : ' Would you please stop tapping your foot? You must have ants in your pants'. 

   4) " Hit the spot" : A phrase that means 'that was just what i needed'

                       example :  Mmm, that sandwich really hit the spot!'

                 the spot refers to a need you might have, like hunger. When you get some food, you have taken care of that need; or hit the spot.

   5) " Dinosaur" : very old, outdated, and nolonger desirable.

                          example : that cell phone you're using is a dinosaur, when did you get it? 1983?!Laughing

              These are just some expressions that I want to share with you, I know that most of you are acquainted with them. However i hope some of you will find them interesting.Smile
