Recntly my weight is gaining.....I know the reason,just over eating and not to exercise...The way losing weight is only training,isn't it?I'm boring like a this way,so i can't continue for a long time ....But whether i should go gym i'm thinking.

Are there some way for  me ...??

eat less means eat more~i think you can try that eat less every meal and have more than 3 times of meal. to eat something which have less caloric and more dietary fiber.

Oh,no!Surprisedno supper !?!?This's so hard way! I can't.If i try this,for the short time my weight may be lose.But soon it'll return to former state or over,i  suppose...

In that case,I try not to eat over and go gym.

i've heard of a strange way to lose weight .that is .....no supper!   just breakfast and lunch everyday.

by the way, i go to gym not for lose weight. but for muscle and get stronger.

haha , i have a vip of a gym too. go to do exercises. go go go. don't say you will go tomorrow. todaygo. if you want to be healthy, just do it.
