Hello everybody!!! Is there anybody here who could tell me what is the meaning of the phrase on a T-shirt : 'I rock you baby'?

I think it's kind of 'I'll shock you' but maybe there is some other meaning? Maybe it's some slang?

Mia★ Iraq	It has lots of meanings depending on the situation, but on a T-shirt it would most probably mean"I will make you feel great" or something like that.
