to all foreign friends

 I'm quite disturbed by the many mischieves done to the Olympis torch recently. And I'm shocked by the many biased reports from some western media: HOw can they make up something that never happened?

  It's true that the Chinese government have imposed to much regulation on the media in the past,so now the western media don't believe us. They say anti-cnn is supported by the government,which is in fact set up by some ordinary university students.They say Chinese army crushed on the Tibet riots and there were massacres there,which is just ridiculous. I have to say today's China have changed a lot and you have to know it! I tell you the truth" the Chinese government exempt many taxes from Tibet people and assign assuranes to them to improve their life.The government also built railway to Tibet to improve the traffic out to other cities. So what Dalai give to Tibet people? It rules by regional believies. It make Tibet people pay tributes and in return they get something to hang on the walls of their house.

  Today Chinese people have become quite rational to distinguish between a good or a bad government. I won't say our government is perfect,of course it has to improve a lot and I'm not satisfied with it now,yet I can promise you our government won't do anything like what happened in  some western media's reports!
