how to find the way I like to learn Enlish

I rarely use Enlish in my daily life .I have no clear  goal s for leanning Enlish ,but I don't want to forget the language ,for less ,it is useful tofor my children someday .MY friends who are rich often make a blog that they want to go abroad ,I see ,even though I have no chance to go to outside world  from now on ,I'll not give up learnning Enlish .
