I hate being sick. I had 3 fevers in 1 month and headache. It felt like i'm going to die. I cant breath through my nose. I dont know how can i prevent it. I hate this feeling. I cant be myself anymore.

CellBill China	you can eat some yogurt.yogurt can prevent flu or other disease underway and also have many other advantages.

Gorgon Romania	When people around me begin to have symptoms of flu, I take aspirin (usually it helps). Also very important is to have a strong immune system. This is part a genetic heritage, but you can improve it by choosing the right feeding. I know how you feel being almost dead... death hurts. Wish you health!
