when I meet a stranger for the first time and fave a totally new suroundings, i may feel nueasy,timid even self-comtemptuous, but once the words "just be yourself" occur to my mind ,it seems i have been ready for anything and become degate and calm.
Be yourself and love yourself the way you are--this is my faith.
