Have you exercised today? some people tend to ignore exercise. They think exercise too bored. But the others do exercising to make their muscles bigger or losing weight. You r totally right,i m also like exercising very much , i do some machines in gym everyday ,like treadmill,bicycle,boat and so on,as we all know ,exercising is good for our body、lungs and heart,i have a suggestion that we should drink some water before exercise,that can be supply some water while exercising,on the other hand,besides do the exercise everyday ,health food and better lifestyle also are important for our heathly,drink little acohol,don't to drink a lot,eat more vegetable,less meat and oil and so forth.
