Mosque of Sultan Ahmet- Istanbul

i went to mosque of Sultan Ahmet in Ramadan n was affected again.hope,u’ll come again there ;)

Atatürk had a big scholar translate Holy Quran first time to Turkish..his name is Elmalılı Hamdi Yazır..now it’s most read Quran translation in Turkey…

yh nil_fm, you are right.
I admire Ataturk and i think he had a great personnality to take such difficult decision as to separate religion from state and to set the republic unstead of empire.
I visit mosques coz i m muslim and i think religion is a personal freedom.
By the way, i visited Anitkabir, Sultan Ahmet Mosque, Ayasofia,... and i admire the beauty and greatness of turkish monuments. Turkey is a very nice country to visit.

people who visit mosques don’t go Anıtkabir usually,vice versa.cos,some country and people acquaint Atatürk wrong on purpose for they want to damage…..
it’s nice to understand u difference…..

Concerning the high places; i like them too. I beleive in what our famous poet said: “who doesn’t like to climb mountains…” u can complete and translate better than me i think.
