As the article says:
“Rabbi Ohad Tohar-Lev of Midreshet Lindenbaum, one of the few religious institutions for women that offers a program combining Torah study with army service, said he personally believes “there are some army positions that a woman should serve in a priori.””
It’s not a clear-cut obvious thing.
Should women serve in combat? No. That is clear.
Should women fulfill other roles in the army, yes, depending on your opinion.

Which rabbis are against that? I’ve never heard a rabbi say that a woman cannot serve in the Israeli army.
Many religious people choose not to, because of seperation of men and women, but to do roles in the army is certainly not forbidden.

In Israel it is. The duty to defend the country is everyone’s concern.
Women must join the army for 2 years. Men for 3 years.

Taking a picture? What terrible exploitation.
I’m not sure what your norms are, but I think its harmless.
