the hurdles are something you do not usually face it, but when you get used to it it will become smooth and normal. this is the life

Even if we learn from our mistakes & misfortunes in life there is no gaurantee that the life road is gonna be flat and without hurdles. (However I promise there will always be bad days).What makes sense is the “HAPPYNESS”.If you are happy then I can exclaim you’ll stay strong all the time, everywhere, no matter how tough the problem is.

so we have to learn from the first up and down in our life, in this case we will be sure that we are alive and we will keep our health good.
