could anybody help me

hi i'm a student of campus, I'm very hope to study english well. but the word recollection is my obstacle mostly. i want to search the way for this. can anybody help me ok? i'm right here

The only way I think you should learn more untill you can't forget your words.

look, i think u need to exercise your memory! and about the new words that u learn each time, try to use them everyday in your speech, or associate some of them, the most difficult of them, with something: a thing, object, a moment in your life, etc. then it will be easier to remember those words!
