Killing innocent people in the name of religion is most condemnable. Such fanaticism is not confined to any one religion. The middle east and south Asian region is bursting with unprecedented unrest, unimaginable to outsiders. On the one side there is an onslaught of imperialist powers- their policies or wars, with support of their lackey governments who have lost their credibility completely and are corrupt thoroughly. On the other side their are religious fanatics and fundamentalists, who, in the name of opposing such Governments and foreign aggressions, making life of people worse with their mindless violence, which, in many cases, is targeted against their own people. But I doubt that your minister would do anything "serious". Neither is he capable nor willing. At the most he would shed some show-of tears for the satisfaction of outside world. There is need that "thoughtful people with new ideas" come forward. Lawyers community in Pakistan is pretty active and conscious. There is one suggestion- post such things in "Life Talk" section.
