past progressive/present perfect progressive...

planetchaos

Hi there,

I don’t get along with the usage of progressive forms. I would be very grateful if somebody tells me which is the difference in meaning when saying these following sentences:

1) I did my homework.

2) I was doing my homework.

3) I have done my homework.

4) I have been doing my homework.

Thanks a lot for your help in advance!

Best regards,

Verena
