Hi all! Can anyone explain the meaning of “a stitch in time saves time”? Thanks!

To maximize time to achieve a goal efficiently or a bit time is a moment,but a lot of moments is worth.

It means that it’s better to prevent the things for the moment to save time or work in the future.

Well l’m not an expert but that’s what l got from the proverb

IN MY opinion, this word means that if you can deal with a thing quickly before it result other dad thing so as to save time.

The phrase mean that its better to spend time doing something well than rushing it and doing it badly.

A little preventive maintenance can eliminate the need for major repairs later; also “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” has the same meaning.
