and why ?

I think, when we say “the minimum requirements of a teacher” in a cse when teacher is asking or expecting something by herself…........


and the “minimum requirements for a teacher” means recruiter defining the requirements for a teacher job.



if I am wrong then kinldy correct me anyone.
