teaching vocabulary for kids

Hello everyone!  I have a question concerning the teaching vocabulary for kids.                                                      Please,  give your suggestions, what kind of games I can play in order to teach and enrich their vocabular.     Thank you in advance. 

That’s  simple. First you  want to teach them how to count in English, saying something like: Hey Johny, how many spoons  do you see in front of you? Johny says: uno cucchiaio.  Then you say that un cucchioaio in English is a spoon. Repeat after me: A spoon.  John repeats and then you say  that uno  means  one and ask  him to repeat ater you.  Pointing out and naming will help a lot. Tell me if your child is over twelve. We’ll think about the other ways of learning vocabulary.
