There has to be more than this in the sentence. As it sits, it means nothing. What is before 'believe'.

I agree with Maple leaf  there has to be more and you need that for a correct translation … but as it is I guess we are talking about money deposit and goods or services received.  

 So i guess, you will receive the (money, service or good) within 40 days after the deposit.  Does this make sense?  If not get more of the text and message me and I will try to help you
