I think Milarpita is correct, this sounds like Nietzsche's used tone and comment on women.

I absolutely disagree with such a comment, as I understand it mean to depreciate the social value of women.

god did everything perfect ….and everything is perfect …. just people are stupid and do bad things and it is because of free will they have …. woman isn't a blunder… women are the mothers of the world …. without them we couldn't be here :))
