how to do for me ?

 today it is a speial day ,which is not only Mid-Autumn Festival,but also is my first quarrel with my father. at moment my mood is so complicated. bacause of my father 's character is different from mine.if we together ,i can not find words to chat with my father. last time i got  a my sister message which is about my father.you kown the message  says:' my father usually gambles and do not have supper with my family.'.tonight i know my father must be home and have supper. when he was eatting, i call him and say to him. at moment  i am so impetuous and said some words  make my father angry so much. later my father hung up. now my brain is blank. how to do next ?, guy !
