What is Islam?Islam is the submission to the will of Allah. It’s not a new religion, but the same truth that Allah revealed through all his prophets to every people. The Qur’an refers to Islam as the religion of Abraham, Noah, David, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Jesus, and other prophets. It’s simply the last of the divine messages to reach mankind through prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. For the fifth world’s population, Islam is both a religion and complete way of life. Muslims follow the religion of peace, mercy, and forgiveness, and the majority have nothing to do with the extremely grave events which have come to be associated with their faith. Muslims believe that all of Allah’s prophets brought the same message of monotheism, which is the belief that there is only one God, to the world. This explains why there exists a strong link between Islam, Christianity, and Judaism.
