Uh.. it will be quite difficult to choose only one as the greatest movie of all times, I mean with all the genres we could explore… but please, I hope not seeing "Titanic" as the greatest one posted here, hahaha! "Citizen Kane", "Casablanca", "Gone with the wind".... they must be in the list of the greatest!!!

Saw, I agree with you on Casablanca and Citizen Kane. They are great American classics, but I abhor Titanic, and ws bored with Gone With The Wind.  Djouzi, I am downloading a copy of Battle of Algiers now. It was reccomended to me by a French friend the other day. I was reading some about it on IMDb, though, and it didn't win the Oscar for best foreign film, though it was nominated. The first award from the AMPAS for foreign language films was in 1947
