how can u overcome your depression?

hi my friends

i wanaa know how can u overcome ur depression,as we know our life is full of hardships that may make us so disappointed.

but if any person faces abig trouble,then became so depressed.how can he return his happines??

is it easy to ignore his problem??

i wanaa know ur opinion about that??

Obviously I would have to deal with the problem first and think up a solution. That’s the only way you can get rid of depression. Oh and eat lots of chocolate as well! You’ll be as good as new =D
