Any Twitter users here?

What do you think of the new(ish) Twitter layout?  Personally I don't like it, I think it looks overly complicated and there's a lot going on on the screen.  What do you think? You can vote here

I'm not sure if there's a way to make people follow you, it's all optional I think (I'm pretty new to Twitter).  If people don't follow me back I usually unfollow them…lol..I sound like such a brat!
