John

Steph:  John, are you one of those guys who is looking forward to the new Star Wars movie coming out?

John:  Well, I didn’t even know there was one. What’s the deal?

Steph:  Oh my gosh. Well, it’s the 6th of 6 episodes. Actually, it’s the third, but they released, um, 4 through 6 first. And then this is 1 through 3, so this is the third version.

John:  Ok. That was really confusing. But it’s the, I think it’s the third episode of six.

Steph:  Right. Very good. Thank you.

John:  Cause they released 4, 5 and 6 ten years ago.

Steph:  Right.

John:  And then they just recently started doing 1, 2 and 3.

Steph:  You’re do much better at explaining things than I am.

John:  And so then this is the last one they have, right?

Steph:  That’s right. And in this episode, supposedly, it’s all going to be explained how the little boy Anakin got turned into the bad man Darth Vader.

John:  Oh. I didn’t even know there was a little boy Anakin. I guess that was shown in episodes 1 and 2.

Steph:  That’s right. In episodes 4, 5 and 6 , we just talked about Darth Vader. And in episodes 1 and 2, Anakin came into the picture.

John:  Interesting. Well, maybe I’ll check it out. But that would mean that I’d have to see episodes 1 and 2 as well. Well, have you seen those?

Steph:  Oh yeah. Totally. And I have to say that they were pretty ok.

John:  Pretty ok. So that means not very good.

Steph:  Well, they were ok.

John:  All right. Well maybe I won’t go to see them Ithen. I’ll just let you tell me about number 3.

Steph:  Sweet.

Discussion

Well, I guess it’s not all guys who are obsessed about Star Wars. At least there’s one guy who isn’t, right?
This series of films is probably one of the most popular of all time. Most of my guys friends have seen it a number of times.
Have you seen any of the Star Wars movies? Which ones? Are you going to see the new one in May?
