This Saturday is Valentine[/def]’s Day! There’s no better way to celebrate than to listen to some love songs with your sweetheart.
Don’t worry if you don’t know which love songs to play for the one you love. I’ve got plenty of suggestions!
If you’re not in love yet, you can listen to these songs while you dream of the perfect Valentine…

One of the most famous love songs of all time is “I Will Always Love You” by Whitney Houston. The syrupy sweet lyrics and Whitney’s beautiful voice will make any Valentine’s heart melt.
You probably don’t know “True Companion” by Mark Cohn, but you should. It’s played at thousands of weddings in the U.S. every year. Here are some of the lyrics:
So don’t you dare and try to walk away
I’ve got my heart set on our wedding day
I’ve got this vision of a girl in white
Made my decision that it’s you allright

In “True Companion,” Mark Cohn is singing very specifically about marriage. In “I Can’t Help Falling in Love with You,” Elvis Presley sings about the power of love.
Check out these lyrics:
Like a river flows surely to the sea
Darling so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand,
Take my whole life too
For I can’t help falling in love with you

My last suggestion for Valentine’s Day music is “Cherish” by Madonna. It’s an upbeat song, and the lyrics always bring a smile to my face. Check it out:
Cherish the thought
Of always having you here by my side
Cherish the joy
You keep bringing it into my life
Cherish your strength
You got the power to make me feel good
Perish the thought
Of ever leaving, I never would
