Someone who is “two-faced” behaves differently in different situations, in order to benefit him/herself. For example, if a person is very nice to you when you are with him, but then says mean things about you when you’re apart, he is “two-faced.” You can’t trust anything a two-faced person says or does, because none of it is sincere.
